Ingredients
- 400 g orange sweet potato kumera
- 40 g butter
- cup ¼milk
- pinch Aof sea salt
- pinch Aof pepper

Instructions
- Peel orange sweet potato and cut into 2cm pieces
- Place sweet potato in a saucepan and cover with water.
- Bring to the boil over medium-high heat and cook for 15 minutes or until tender.
- Drain sweet potato in a colander and return to saucepan.
- Mash with a fork or potato masher, add butter and mash until smooth
- Season with salt and pepper
