- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 clove of garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Pinch of Salt and Pepper
- 1/3 cup chopped coriander
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise or sour cream
- 1/4 red onion chopped finely

Instructions
- Carefully cut the avocado in half, making you way around the seed
- Scoop out the flesh using a spoon
- Remove the outside of garlic and finely mince, along with the red onion
- Add the avocado, garlic, onion, salt, pepper and lemon to a bowl and mash using a fork
- Add the coriander and mayonnaise or sour cream and mix until combined
- Serve and enjoy!

For extra spice, chop up 1 fresh red chili and add to the guacamole for the parents
You can use fresh basil or parsley to substitute the coriander
By using lemon juice in the guacamole, this prevents it turning brown
You can substitute the mayonnaise in the guacamole with sour cream or cream cheese
