Flu Fighter Fresh Juice
Freshly squeezed juices are a fantastic way to get your kids to have their daily dose of fresh fruit and veggies, a great way to keep colds at bay over winter! Try any combination until they have a favourite.

Instructions
  1. For our fresh juices, we use a Breville whole fruit juicer
  2. Follow the instructions on your personal juicer
  3. Remove the peel from the oranges and cut into quarters
  4. Wash apples, carrots and celery
  5. Remove the leaves from celery and top and tail carrots
  6. Remove outside skin and core from pineapple
  7. Place all ingredients in your juicer and extract juice into a jug
  8. Add a few ice cubes on a hot day
  9. Serve and enjoy!
