Instructions
  1. Pre-Heat oven to 200 degrees
  2. Peel the sweet potato
  3. Slice the potato’s into chip shape pieces- ling sticks that are approx. 1-2cm thick, and place in bowl
  4. Roughly chop the rosemary and toss in bowl with chips and the oil
  5. Ensure the chips are coated well in the oil and rosemary
  6. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper
  7. Place in baking tray and in the oven for 20 minutes
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Optional Extras
1. Serve with some our the famous GKC homemade tomato relish or your favorite dipping sauce such as aioli
2. You can substitute the oil with Coconut oil for a nuttier taste
3. Add a teaspoon of cinnamon or Cajun spice mix when tossing in the oil and coat for a different flavor
