Great for afternoon tea or as a quick dessert!

Instructions
  1. Set 4 cups or glasses up ready to fill
  2. Peel and remove the core from the apple and splice into thin slices
  3. Spoon in 2 spoonful’s of yogurt in the bottom of the cup
  4. Spoon in 1 tablespoon on frozen berries
  5. Add another 2 tablespoons of yoghurt
  6. Spoon in a tablespoon of muesli
  7. Add another 2 spoonful’s of yoghurt
  8. Add another spoonful of frozen berries
  9. Add 2 more spoonful’s of yoghurt
  10. Add the sliced add on the top and sprinkle with a little cinnamon
  11. Eat and Enjoy!

Optional Extras
1. You can use fresh berries of your choice as to what is currently in season
2. You can add a drizzle of honey on top of the last layer of apple
