Ingredients
- 1 granny smith apple
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tub of vanilla yoghurt sweet or Natural
- cup ½of muesli
- cup ½of frozen berries – your choice of strawberries blueberries or raspberries or all!

Instructions
- Set 4 cups or glasses up ready to fill
- Peel and remove the core from the apple and splice into thin slices
- Spoon in 2 spoonful’s of yogurt in the bottom of the cup
- Spoon in 1 tablespoon on frozen berries
- Add another 2 tablespoons of yoghurt
- Spoon in a tablespoon of muesli
- Add another 2 spoonful’s of yoghurt
- Add another spoonful of frozen berries
- Add 2 more spoonful’s of yoghurt
- Add the sliced add on the top and sprinkle with a little cinnamon
- Eat and Enjoy!
