Ingredients
- 500 grams pork mince
- 1 clove of garlic finely minced
- 1 tablespoon fennel seeds
- Pinch of Salt and Pepper
- Olive Oil for frying

Instructions
- Using a knife, mince the garlic until finely chopped
- In a bowl combine the pork mince, garlic, fennel seed, salt and pepper
- Stir using a spoon until well combined
- Using the spoon, spoon out the pork mince into the size of a walnut, or 20 cent piece
- Using your hands (you can choose to wear gloves) roll into balls and place on a tray or plate ready for cooking
- Heat a little olive oil in a pan and cook for 8 minutes, turning regularly with tongs (if they are bigger in size, they will need longer to cook through
- Cut one in half to test and to ensure it has cooked through the centre (white in colour)
- Serve when warm with your favourite dipping sauce

Optional Extras
1. You can use your oil of choice for frying
2. You can add in ½ cup grated carrot or zucchini for some extra veggies
3. Serve with your choice of dipping sauce – sweet chilli, plum or apple – the kids will pick – tomato or BBQ!!
4. Stir through a tomato pasta sauce topped with some fresh basil and serve over cooked pasta for a complete meal
