  1. Equipment: Mixing Bowl Wood spoon Measuring Cups and Spoons Food processor or sticker mixer (needs a chopping blade) Plate Metal Spoon Kettle Small Bowl
Method
  1. Boil the kettle, then in a small bowl cover the fruit with water and allow to soak for 10 mins to soften In your food processor, measure oats, nuts/seeds then blitz until they resemble a fine powder Place oats/nuts/seeds into the mixing bowl Drain the excess water off the soaked fruit and place in the food processor - blitz until it resembles a paste Place fruit in with the nuts/seeds/oats and mix together using a wooden spoon, adding in the coconut oil and cocoa powder Once combined, using a spoon, make the bliss balls into about 3cm diameter. Place the coconut onto a plate, and then roll the bliss balls and coat with coconut. Place in an airtight container in the fridge to set. ENJOY!
