Alphabet Chicken Noodle Soup
This soup will warm you up on cold, winter afternoons - perfect as an afternoon snack or pack some in a thermos for school tomorrow.

Instructions
  1. Place a large saucepan on a low heat and melt the butter
  2. Slice the spring onion into small pieces
  3. Fry off the spring onion for 1 minute
  4. Add the chicken and cook for a further one minute (if you are using pre cooked chicken)
  5. Add the stock and bring to the boil
  6. Add the pasta shapes and reduce the heat to just a simmer
  7. Cook for the time specified on the packet as instructed
  8. Serve and Enjoy!

Soup ladle for serving
Wooden spoon
Measuring Cups
Measuring spoons

Optional Extras
Add some sweet corn kernels and peas to veg it up!
You can use any small pasta shapes or even spaghetti broken up to make the noodles
Add a little pepper for extra seasoning
Serve with warm crusty bread to fill their tummies more
