Instructions
- Preheat Oven to 200 degrees
- Peel and finely chop the onion and place in the bowl
- Add the pork mince to the bowl, along with the stock powder, minced garlic and egg
- Mix the ingredients together well
- Grate the carrot and zucchini using the fine setting/side of grater or food processor
- Add the vegetables to the mince and stir to combine
- Using a sharp knife, slice your sheet of pastry into 3 even sections.
- Using clean hands place the mince mixture in a long line down the centre of the pastry – like a long sausage.
- Fold the pastry over, pushing the sides to seal, encasing the meat inside
- Place on a lightly greased over tray
- Glaze the pastry with the extra beaten egg (use the fork to lightly beat/mix up the egg) using a pastry brush -this makes golden brown during baking
- Repeat until all pastry and mince is used up.
- Bake in the oven for 18 minutes until golden bown
- Serve with your favourite sauce or relish
- Enjoy!
