Instructions
- Preheat frying pan with a little spray oil to prevent sticking
- In a bowl, add SR Flour, egg and milk
- If doing the savoury blini's, add the pesto also and mix through
- Using the whisk, mix the ingredients together until smooth
- Pour into frying pan to make small pikelets and cook for 2 minutes until golden brown
- Flip the pikelets over using a spatula
- Serve and enjoy!

1. Serve with butter, honey or maple syrup
2. Serve with fresh cream and your favourite jam/preserve
3. To make thinner “crepe” style pancakes, add an extra ½ cup of milk
4. Add 1 tablespoon of pesto for a savoury variety
5. Serve savoury “blini” style with crème fraiche or cream cheese, topped with smoked salmon and capers
