- 1 tbsp butter melted
- 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 1 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp SR flour
- 1 tbsp chocolate chips

Method
- Melt butter in mug in the microwave for 30 seconds
- Add sugar and stir until dissolved
- Add cocoa powder, milk and flour and stir to make smooth batter
- Fold in chocolate chips
- Place in microwave for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes until sponge forms and centre cooked
- Serve with a dusting of icing sugar, fresh raspberries or strawberries You could also add a dollop of icecream or fresh cream
