Ingredients
- 4 cups plain flour
- 1 teaspoons ½salt
- 1 cups ½warm water
- teaspoon ¾baking powder
- 2 tablespoons margarine

Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl until well combined
- Using your hands crumb the margarine through the dry ingredients
- Add the water and mix well
- If too dry and crumbly add a little more water
- If too wet and sticky add a little more flour
- Split the dough into 16 pieces (you can make them as big or small as you want/your pan can hold)
- Roll dough out as thin as you possibly can without breaking them
- Heat a griddle pan and spray with a little oil
- Cook the tortilla on one side for about 30 seconds, when browned and as it starts to puff up flip to cook the other side
- Serve with your favourite fillings!

1. Substitute up to 3 cups of plain white flour with whole wheat or rye flour
2. Roll up with your favorite fillings
