Ingredients
- Slaw
- .5 cabbage
- 1 Apple
- 2 carrots
- 2 sticks of celery
- .5 bunch of spring onions
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- Dressing
- 100 grams of greek yoghurt
- .5 lemon (juiced)
- 2 tsp cider vinegar
- 2 tsp dijon mustard

Instructions
- Finely slice cabbage
- Grate Carrots
- Finely slice celery
- Peel and slice apples
- Finely slice spring onions
- Combine all vegetables and fruit in a large bowl
- For the dressing, all all ingredients into a jar or container with a lid and shake well
- Pour over the vegetables/fruit and combine until covered in dressing
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds
- Serve with our Health Pan Fried Chicken

Optional Extras
1. Finely slice a red and or yellow capsicum through salad
2. Finely chop a bunch of parsley and stir through
3. Stir a packet of crunchy bean sprouts through just before serving
4. Cut fresh steamed corn off the cob and mix through salad
5. Slice 2 just ripe pears into matchsticks and substitute for apple
6. Grated raw broccoli stem makes a tasty addition
7. Kohlrabi, rainbow chard, fennel
