- 2 cups self-raising flour
- 1 cup grated tasty cheese
- 420 g can of Corn Kernels drained
- 60 g butter melted
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk

Instructions
- Sift self-raising flour into a bowl
- Stir in tasty cheese and drained corn kernels.
- In a small bowl lightly beat together melted butter, egg and milk
- Pour into flour mixture and stir until just combined.
- Spoon the mixture into a greased 12 cup medium muffin pan.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 12-15 minutes.
- Perfect for lunchboxes!
