GKC ‘slaw (Coleslaw)

Instructions
  1. Finely slice cabbage
  2. Grate Carrots
  3. Finely slice celery
  4. Peel and slice apples
  5. Finely slice spring onions
  6. Combine all vegetables and fruit in a large bowl
  7. For the dressing, all all ingredients into a jar or container with a lid and shake well
  8. Pour over the vegetables/fruit and combine until covered in dressing
  9. Sprinkle with sesame seeds
  10. Serve with our Health Pan Fried Chicken

Optional Extras
1. Finely slice a red and or yellow capsicum through salad
2. Finely chop a bunch of parsley and stir through
3. Stir a packet of crunchy bean sprouts through just before serving
4. Cut fresh steamed corn off the cob and mix through salad
5. Slice 2 just ripe pears into matchsticks and substitute for apple
6. Grated raw broccoli stem makes a tasty addition
7. Kohlrabi, rainbow chard, fennel
