3 Ingredient Scones
The easiest, fluffiest scones you will ever make! And the secret is....LEMONADE!

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees celsius
  2. Spray your baking tray lightly with spray oil
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine SR flour, lemonade and fresh cream
  4. Mix until well combined (add a little flour if too wet/sticky)
  5. Turn dough onto a floured board and shape into a square using clean hands
  6. Using a knife, cut into small squares around 5cm x 5cm
  7. Place on baking tray close together ready for baking
  8. Place in oven and bake for 15 minutes
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!
